4nice!
By pops
just got mine and rode it some (currently snow and ice on the ground). box was a bit damaged (not bike), easy enough assembly. When starting out, you need to pedal, just a turn or two while having the throttle open. Not an overly fast bike but adequate. Took awhile to figure out how and where the main power switch was (not in manual that i could find). Main power switch was at the top of the battery pack in the right side. Takes the keys to turn it on. Charging seems easy enough. Seems to be a good quality built bike. I cant give any input on distance or time between charges. I only give this 4 stars due to just receiving it but I would recommend.

2Don't buy this bike
By Christopher Woods
This bike was falling apart from the day I bought it. I was constantly checking bolts and screws because it would shake apart. The rear tire went flat, and I couldn't change it myself because of the complicated mechanics - everything is linked into the rear wheel hub. It took 2 professional bike mechanics to change the tire.I used it for commuting to work, and kept it charged. It lasted me for less than a year. The battery pack died, and today I tried shopping. I opened it up and the wiring connections are covered with glue. You can't change the batteries without changing the wiring inside the battery pack. I'll be riding this as an over-weight single-speed commuting bike until I can afford a good quality replacement - assuming the myriad other issues don't become critical. The headlamp is directly linked to the main battery. It's the most powerful headlight I've ever used on a bike, however it was broken the day it arrived and I had to improvise a new mounting. The wheel reflectors flew off for seemingly no reason. The seat was comfortable. The front wheel has some shock-absorption capability. The rear wheel does not - and the degrading streets where I live cause rapid degradation of the tires - so while the front tire survives, the rear tire is prone to blow-out. The front brake fell apart once, losing a critical bolt. The handlebars would not remain securely in position. The rear disc brakes were the most reliable part of the bike. Never had a problem. The motor was also reliable, but weak. The frame is over-weighted, but solid. The chain slips or shakes off frequently. The fenders are warped and flimsy.Trust me, if you're going to buy an e-bike, spend 3 - 4 times the cost of this piece of junk. Don't buy it online because I'm convinced that the Chinese manufacturer is using Amazon as a dumping ground for inferior and defective designs.Positive: It was an enjoyable ride while it lasted and the purchase price for the time used was 25% of the cost of gasoline for the same usage of an old car.
