This Power System Only" kit includes the motor laced to rim, controller, digital APM-Display, and throttle, which is recommended for those who already have a bag, rack, battery and charger. Phoenix is the fastest, most powerful system available for a bike conversion. Just replace your standard wheel with the Phoenix hub motor wheel, attach the throttle and APM-Display to your handlebar, attach your power bag to your rack (not included in PSO kit), plug in the connectors, and ride.
